Very helpful for my scattered mind

Lots of helpful information here as someone who struggles with ADHD and managing everyday tasks. I consider myself very efficient and try to stay as organized as possible, but the technology drain and stress of real life come to haunt me at times. This book mentions both of those things and shares helpful strategies to be aware of the current technology era will also being as focused and efficient and purposeful as possible.

A practical reset for scattered focus

This felt personal to me because I have had those days where I sit down ready to work, then lose time to notifications, tabs, tiredness, and mental fog before I even get properly started. I liked that the book does not make that feel like a character flaw; it explains focus as something built from recovery, nutrition, and small attention habits. The parts on sleep, blood sugar, screen habits, and short focus resets gave me practical things I could actually try instead of just feeling guilty for being distracted. What I took from it most is that better focus starts by supporting the whole system, not by forcing the mind harder.
